JOHANNESBURG (AP) -Tunisia beat Sudan 3-0 in United Arab Emirates Monday as teams continued the final countdown to the African Cup of Nations.

Saber Khlifa scored in the 13th minute in Sharjah and Zouheir Dhaoidi and Amine Chermiti added second-half goals in Tunisia's penultimate warmup match.

African Cup co-host Gabon was held 0-0 at home by Burkina Faso in another friendly as the Burkinabes wait to see if they will even be at the continental championship. Burkina Faso's participation was being considered by the Court of Arbitration for Sport after it was accused of fielding an ineligible player in qualifying.

Meanwhile, favorites Ivory Coast and Ghana had set up training camps ahead of Wednesday's deadline for final squads for the tournament, which kicks off Jan. 21.
